Self Awareness Promotes Change
When did you last invest some time in you and think about what you want from life?
This self awareness workshop is for people wanting to transform their lives. We will start with tea and coffee, a brief introduction and meditation.
From here, we will continue with a friendly and informative session, which will allow you to think about how to make some of those changes you may have dreamed of in the past.
A great way to spend time reflecting on what you really want to spend time focusing on in the future – It’s about literally reconditioning you. You can’t solve a problem until you identify it and you can’t change yourself until you know yourself. This course will try to address this for people who want to succeed in their personal and professional lives.
Overall, we aim to help attendees to develop to be their best selves.
When we have some pattern buried deeply within us, we must become aware of it in order to heal the condition. Perhaps we begin to mention the condition, to complain about it or to see it in other people. It rises to the surface of our attention in some way, and we begin to relate to it. We often attract a teacher, a friend, a class or workshop, or a book to ourselves that begins to awaken new ways to approach the dissolving of the problem.
That’s probably why you heard about this class !!
Hope you can join us!

The cost of the morning includes all refreshments, resources and a raffle.
There is room for 6 cars on the main driveway (by the Fieldcrest sign). Further parking is available on the road opposite the garden – most of the road is double-yellow lines, but there are several sections which are not. Please take care when crossing from your car to the garden, although it isn’t a busy road cars may approach quite quickly. On some occasions, extra parking will be available in Wirral Rugby Club overflow carpark opposite the garden – there will be a sign indicating this when the carpark is open.
